1. Seller and contact details

Project Thunder is a trading brand of JIDAR AL JANNAH DWC-LLC, Registration No. 13774, Business Centre, 3rd Floor, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai South, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: sales@projectthunders.com, +964 773 401 6894.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering the relevant transaction. A business user confirms authority to act for that business.

3. Accounts, security and verification

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected misuse. Verification and account controls may restrict activity while protecting access to privacy, security, export, support and closure functions.

4. Electronic agreement

Checking the Terms box and submitting an eligible action is an electronic acceptance of the identified version. Server records preserve the version, time, route, locale and supporting evidence.

5. International availability

Availability, delivery, importability and service are confirmed for each destination and order. We may refuse destinations restricted by logistics, sanctions, export controls, product or safety rules, or commercial feasibility.

6. Product information

We aim to present accurate names, images, specifications and documents. Images may be illustrative, colors may vary by display, and manufacturer revisions may occur. Material quotation or order specifications control where they differ.

7. Safety, use and installation

Use equipment only for its intended purpose, observe product instructions and ratings, maintain a safe environment, and use suitably qualified installation or maintenance personnel. Stop using equipment that appears unsafe and contact us.

8. Availability

“In stock” and “available on request” reflect current catalog status, not a reservation. Out-of-stock items cannot enter a new request where the system blocks them. Availability is confirmed in the quotation or order.

9. Pricing and currencies

USD is the administered base price. AED display is derived at USD × 3.6. The quotation or order currency and stored amounts control. Delivery, installation, duties, taxes and special handling are excluded unless expressly included. Obvious display or calculation errors may be corrected before order confirmation.

10. Promotions

A promotion applies only for its displayed period, products and conditions. Scheduled promotions do not alter accepted historical prices. Specific quotation terms may differ.

11. Cart limitations

The cart is a first-party browser convenience. It does not reserve price or inventory, create an order, or guarantee availability.

12. RFQs and quotations

An RFQ is a request, not an order. A quotation is an offer valid for its stated period. It may contain product, delivery, installation, payment and destination-specific terms.

13. Contract formation

Customer acceptance alone does not reserve inventory or form a confirmed order. A binding order forms when Project Thunder confirms it after payment or expressly agreed payment arrangements. Specific accepted quotation or order terms prevail where they expressly differ from these general Terms.

14. Payment methods

Current methods may include cash where accepted, bank transfer, an approved external payment method stated in the quotation, or another method confirmed in writing. Cash on delivery is not guaranteed. The website does not currently collect online card details.

15. Delivery, unloading and installation

Destination, charges and estimates are confirmed per quotation or order. You must provide accurate address, contact, access, unloading-space, permission and site-safety information. Assembly or installation is included only when expressly quoted. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless confirmed in writing.

16. International duties and import compliance

International customers are responsible for destination import requirements, duties and taxes unless the quotation expressly includes them. You must not ask us to supply a restricted destination or prohibited use.

17. Order changes and cancellation

Changes require agreement and may affect price, availability and timing. Cancellation depends on the order state, specific quotation terms, incurred costs and mandatory law. The portal shows available actions for eligible orders.

18. Voluntary returns

Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Goods must be unused, unassembled and substantially in original condition. Digitally verifiable proof of purchase is sufficient. Photos may be requested where reasonably needed but are not required for every initial request.

19. Return exclusions and transport

Custom, specially sourced, clearance, hygienic, installed or used goods may be excluded when disclosed before purchase. You pay change-of-mind return transport. No automatic fixed restocking percentage applies. Any reasonable diminished-value or separately agreed transport deduction is explained before final processing.

20. Defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrect goods

These cases follow separate mandatory and warranty protections and are not rejected merely because 30 days passed. Contact us promptly and stop unsafe use. Project Thunder pays reasonable return transport when defect, damage or incorrect supply is confirmed. Inspection determines accepted and rejected quantities.

21. Refunds

Only approved or accepted amounts create a refund obligation. An approved refund is normally initiated within 7 to 14 business days using the original or another mutually agreed lawful method. Bank or provider processing may take longer. Completion requires durable settlement evidence. Partial acceptance creates only the corresponding refund.

22. Product-specific warranties

A commercial warranty exists only where specified by the manufacturer, product page, quotation, invoice or warranty document. It may cover qualifying manufacturing defects during its stated period. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, unsuitable environment, unauthorized modification or repair, and improper third-party installation may be excluded, subject to mandatory law. Statutory remedies remain available.

23. Spare parts and service requests

A request starts an assessment and does not guarantee stock, compatibility, price, repair outcome or response time. Provide accurate equipment and order references. Custom spare-part quotations may contain their own unit, transport and service terms.

24. Customer submissions and communications

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and relevance of messages and uploaded or submitted material. Do not submit secrets, unlawful content or personal data that is unnecessary for the request. We may retain communications according to the Privacy Policy.

25. Intellectual property

Project Thunder branding, layout, text and original site materials are protected. Manufacturer names, marks, images and documents belong to their respective owners. You may use site material for evaluating and managing a transaction, not for unauthorized commercial republication.

26. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass security or ownership controls, submit false requests, probe other accounts, automate abuse, violate law, infringe rights, or use products for unlawful or unsafe purposes.

27. Suspension, review and closure

We may proportionately restrict commercial actions for security, fraud, safety, legal or material contractual reasons. Public explanations are provided where appropriate and records remain available according to policy. You may contact us for review and may request closure. High-risk anonymization decisions are limited to authorized administrators.

28. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy explains how Project Thunder handles personal data, browser storage, service providers, rights, retention, exports and closure. It is incorporated into the operation of these Terms without turning all processing into consent.

29. Third-party services and links

Turnstile protects forms. Maps load only after activation. Social, directions and approved payment links leave Project Thunder and are governed by the destination provider. Review external terms before use.

30. Limited disclaimers

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every product suits every facility. Product selection, site readiness and safe use require your reasonable care. Nothing in these Terms excludes a representation, duty or remedy that mandatory law does not permit us to exclude.

31. Reasonable liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to loss reasonably foreseeable from the relevant breach and does not cover remote or purely indirect loss. No limit applies where prohibited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies.

32. Business customers

Business-specific quotations may allocate access, installation, inspection, tax and project responsibilities between commercially experienced parties. Such provisions apply only where clearly agreed and cannot remove mandatory rights that apply to the transaction.

33. Events outside reasonable control

A party is not responsible for delay caused by an event genuinely outside its reasonable control while it takes reasonable steps to reduce impact and communicates material delay. Payment already due and non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

34. Changes to these Terms

Published versions remain immutable. A material new version requires acceptance before future commercial activity. It does not rewrite accepted order snapshots. Immaterial clarifications may be announced without forced reacceptance when configured accordingly.

35. Severability and non-waiver

If a provision cannot be enforced, it is limited or removed only as needed and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

36. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable laws of Dubai. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Dubai. There is no mandatory arbitration and no automatic DIFC jurisdiction.

37. Mandatory local protections

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country. Destination-specific rules may apply in addition to UAE law.

38. Language and contact

The English and Arabic versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. If an unavoidable inconsistency remains, English controls only to the extent legally permitted.
