1. The 30-day voluntary window
Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. This voluntary window does not limit separate rights for defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrect goods.
2. Change-of-mind condition
Goods must be unused, unassembled and substantially in original condition. Custom, specially sourced, clearance, hygienic, installed or used goods may be excluded when that exclusion was disclosed before purchase.
3. Proof and request information
Digitally verifiable proof of purchase is sufficient. An original paper invoice is not mandatory when ownership can be verified. Include the order or product reference, the reason and useful details. Photos may be requested where reasonably needed, but are not mandatory for every initial request.
4. Defects, damage, safety and incorrect supply
Contact us promptly and stop unsafe use. These cases follow mandatory consumer and any documented warranty protections, and are not rejected merely because 30 days passed. No generic warranty period applies: coverage exists only where stated by the manufacturer, product page, quotation, invoice or warranty document.
5. Return transport and inspection
Project Thunder pays reasonable return transport when defect, damage or incorrect supply is confirmed. The customer pays change-of-mind transport. Inspection determines accepted and rejected quantities. Partial acceptance creates only the corresponding refund obligation.
6. Deductions and refunds
There is no automatic fixed restocking percentage. Any reasonable deduction for diminished value or separately agreed transport is explained before final processing. An approved refund is normally initiated within 7 to 14 business days using the original or another mutually agreed lawful method. Bank or provider processing may take additional time.

Use the return-request page. A specific quotation or order may provide more favorable terms, and mandatory rights always remain available. Private settlement and operator details stay internal.
